Studying the BSc in Nursing will develop and enhance my career in the field and help me to impact the next generation of nurses. As a female, I am keen to keep empowering myself, and to use opportunities that have been made available to me to then teach others. My motivation to do the BSc stems from a desire to help equip the nurses of the future by becoming an nursing tutor, and thereby to help improve standards of healthcare in Sierra Leone.
